BERRY MUFFIN WITH AYNES COLLAGEN YOGURT

WITH FOREST FRUIT

MATERIALS 2 PERSON

• 3 eggs
• 100 g Aynes butter
• 1 package of Aynes Collagen Yogurt
• 1.5 glass of flour
• 1 sachet vanilla
• 1 sachet baking powder
• 3 spoon corn starch
• 1 glass granulated sugar
• 1 glass blueberry

PREPARATION OF

  • Whip egg and granulated sugar.
  • Add butter and yogurt.
  • Add dry ingredients and blueberries.
  • Place paper holders in a muffin pan.
  • Bake it for 15 minutes in oven at 180 degrees.

CHIA PUDDING WITH AYNES COLLAGEN

AND FOREST FRUIT

MATERIALS 2 PERSON

• 500 ml Aynes Collagen Milk with Forest Fruit
• 50 g Chia seed
• Blackberries for topping

PREPARATION OF

  • Place Aynes Collagen Milk and Chia seeds in a cup and keep it in refrigerator overnight.
  • Place blackberries underside of a bowl and top them with pudding; serve after decorating.

ENERGY BALLS

WITH AYNES COLLAGEN YOGURT

MATERIALS 4 PERSON

• 1 package of Aynes Collagen Strawberry Yogurt
• 1 ripe banana
• 10 Madinah Dates
• 2 glasses powdered almond
• 1/2 glass crushed almond
• 2 table spoons peanut butter
• 1 glass grated nutmeg
• 1 glass powdered pistachio

PREPARATION OF

  • Remove the seeds of Madinah dates.
  • Mash dates, yogurt, and banana using a fork.
  • Sprinkle powder almond and almond chunks on it, and make it into dough.
  • Form it into small balls and serve after covering them with powder pistachio or grated coconut.

GLUTEN-FREE TIRAMISU

MATERIALS 4 PERSON

• 1 package of Aynes Collagen Strawberry Yogurt
• 6 Madinah Dates
• 1 glass almond
• 1 table spoon cacao
• 2 ripe banana
• 1 dessert spoon powdered coffee
• 1 dessert spoon cacao

PREPARATION OF

  • Mix banana, dates, and Aynes Collagen strawberry yogurt in a blender until it is completely smooth.
  • Mix powder almond, cacao, and powder coffee.
  • Pour powder almond with coffee on a serving glass.
  • Place tiramisu mix on top of it, and as a middle layer, pour powder almond and coffee mixture.
  • After placing the tiramisu mix as the top layer, keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Serve your gluten and sugar-free collagen tiramisu after sprinkling with cacao.

‘AYRAN AŞI’ SOUP

• 1 liter of Aynes Collagen Ayran
• 1 glass boiled chickpea
• 1 glass boiled wheat
• 1 dessert spoon salt
• 1 teaspoon dried mint
• 3-4 sprigs of parsley
• 3-4 sprigs of mint

PREPARATION OF

  • Mix boiled wheat, boiled chickpea, minced parsley, and mint in a bowl.
  • Pour Aynes Collagen Minty ayran over the mixed ingredients.
  • Add salt, mint, chili flakes, and olive oil, and serve cold.

• 1 green apple
• 1 cucumber
• 2-3 sprigs of parsley

  • Chop cucumber and green apples in large pieces.
  • Mix them and some parsley in a blender.
  • Add Aynes Collagen Minty ayran and ice cubes.
  • Serve cold.

• 1 liter of Aynes Collagen Strawberry Milk
• 2 cookies
• 3 table spoons of oat
• 1 ripe banana
• 2 table spoon of white chocolate chips
• 1 glass of ice

PREPARATION OF

  • Mix ripa banana, cookies, white chocolate, ice cubes, oats, and Aynes Collagen Strawberry milk in blender.
  • Serve after decorating.

PREPARATION OF

  • Mash avocado and banana.
  • Mix cacao and peanuts by smashing.
  • Add milk and beat the mixture.
  • Serve in bowls.

TROPICAL SHAKE

• 1 shot espresso
• 1 glass of ice

  • Put and mix milk and coffee in an iced glass in two different methods.
